I Am Legend

Will Smith managed to make this work, like Tom Hanks in Cast Away. Just substitute Wilson with a German Shepherd, rocks and clubs with a rifle, and coconut shells with mannequins. But other than that, another vampire-zombie fest with a few cheap scares, boasting a storyline that claims a cancer-cure becoming a virus, turning living creatures into hairless, blood thirsty albinos.
