Date Night (4/10)
I didn't see the trailer so I was expecting something else entirely. But even so, it was more uneventful than I would have thought seeing as it's Tina Fey and Steve Carell.I guess the premise of the whole story just didn't interest me one bit. So that's why I didn't enjoy it like the people around me did. There were two girls sitting beside me laughing their heads off while I just smiled. I think the one beside me even turned to check if I was asleep because I wasn't laughing like everyone else. But Carell and Fey carried the movie through most of the boring stuff. Except for the pole dancing scene which I did not find amusing at all. But other than that, they did great as comedians and entertained the general audience.A lot of cameos also made things slightly more interesting, and Mark Wahlberg with his ten-packs had some of the best parts of the movie. Leighton Meester and Mark Ruffalo though were duds.Maybe because I was quite tired from a morning of hiking so I wasn't into the movie but at least I didn't fall asleep. That's a compliment to the movie.
