[/caption]It didn't start off great - funny yes, but not great. Got worse during the middle. But in the end, even though it's a typical unfolding of events, it worked out for the better. The three kids were the heart of the movie and stole the whole show in the end. With that first "I love you", I doubt anyone can feel nothing inside them. That would have moved even a mountain.Jason Segel was funny as Vector. I enjoyed his voice acting a lot. As well as everyone else for that matter. The story was somewhat original. And for that, there was the enjoyment element. But it's nowhere near what Toy Story 3 was even with some lovable characters newly introduced here.I couldn't tell where the story was going during the middle. It was just slow and tedious at times and didn't looked promising at all after all the great reviews out there. Things happened too fast but yes it is animation. So certain factors can be overlooked. But because it was great to begin with, so that didn't help either. But I'm glad to see the final act was great, with a lot of family values included. But then again, would that be considered a sell-out?
