After Warm Blooded gave a different and romantic twist to the zombie genre, Life After Beth intends to bring the funny.
Starring Dane DeHaan (The Amazing Spiderman 2 and Chronicles) and Aubrey Plaza (Parks And Recreation series), the trailer looked off-beat and hilarious; but still not enough to really get me excited over it. Granted it's only the first trailer, so maybe the second trailer will be better.
The film premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival. Also starring John C. Reilly, Molly Shannon and Anna Kendrick (whose seemingly small role reminded me of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World), and written by Jeff Baena who is also trying out directing for the first time. Should be interesting.
