A mystery thriller set after World War II in Russia starring Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman, that's actually enough for me. I don't need a trailer, I don't need to know what the story is; just that combo alone will definitely get my butt into the cinema seat.
Directed by Daniel Espinosa, who also directed Safe House, based on the novel by Tom Rob Smith and adapted by Richard Price who also wrote Shaft, Ransom and many episodes of the TV series "The Wire".
Also starring Joel Kinnaman, Vincent Cassel, Jason Clarke and Noomi Rapace; Child 44 will be released on 17 April 2015.
