Bryan Singer has confirmed that Angel will indeed appear in X-Men: Apocalypse.
And the actor playing Angel is none other than the previously confirmed cast-member Ben Hardy, who can currently be seen in TV series "EastEnders".
Quoting Singer, "Ben Hardy is Angel - I shall confirm it for you! But he's not a very nice Angel. And that's all I'll say."
With that, it's safe to assume that Angel will not be part of the X-Men team. He will be featured in his origin storyline, that is as one of the four horsemen of Apocalypse; spreading chaos and fear to all.
Well, if we're getting the origin of Apocalypse, we might as well get Angel's as well since he was part of Apocalypse's beginnings. Moreover, we've already seen the four horses behind a young Apocalypse in the post-credit scene of X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
