Warner Bros. has just released the first full trailer of Magic Mike XXL. Not to be confused with the teaser that was released three months ago which opened up with that awesome solo by Channing Tatum that I want more of.
Sadly, that's not what we're getting in the first trailer. But what we're getting is more of the cast, more humour, and a glimpse of the plot.
But I really like how this trailer is cut and edited. It's cheeky and fun and funny.
Also starring Amber Heard, Elizabeth Banks, Jada Pinkett Smith, Donald Glover and Andie MacDowell; with the returning cast of male strippers, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Adam Rodriguez and Kevin Nash.
You also get to see a new addition to the troupe when they are doing the slow walk on stage, on the far left of the screen is Stephen "Twitch" Boss from "So You Think You Can Dance".
Directed by Gregory Jacobs who has been the assistant director to Steven Soderbergh for a very long time, including movies like the first Magic Mike, Side Effects, Erin Brockovich and the Ocean's Eleven trilogy, Magic Mike XXL will be released on 1 July 2015.
Soderbergh is still very much involved, acting as cinematographer, editor and executive producer.
