Not to be confused with The Goonies, which a sequel seems to be in development as well, Goon was the 2011 hockey comedy starring Sean William Scott and Jay Baruchel.
Recently it has been reported that Baruchel has co-written a script with Jesse Chabot and will direct a sequel, titled Goon: Last Of The Enforcers - this also marks Baruchel's directorial debut.
Today, The Hollywood Reporter brings word that Elisha Cuthbert has joined the cast which sees Scott and Baruchel reprising their roles. Also back are Liev Schreiber and Alison Pill.
No word yet on an official release date.
