Based on a true story, and with a star-studded cast, Everest is looking good and also reminds me of 1993's Alive, minus the cannibalism of course.
Starring Jason Clarke, Keira Knightley, Josh Brolin, Jake Gyllenhaal, Emily Watson, Robin Wright and Sam Worthington; and directed by Baltasar Kormakur (who also directed 2 Guns and Contraband).
But again, similar to The Walk's first trailer that also just got released, I thought this trailer showed us too much. I didn't need to see the last 20 seconds or so. Not unless there are more to the story, which I highly doubt it for a story such as this, stop showing us everything. Feels like I've watched the movie already.
