Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are up to no good again. This time as a couple of sisters.
I would watch anything by these two. When they come together, be it acting, hosting or just looking through a phonebook; they are always hilariously entertaining. It's great to see them back in another movie.
Directed by Jason Moore following up on his 2012 hit, Pitch Perfect, with a script written by another Saturday Night Live writer, Paula Pell; the formula in this production promises a full-on comedy.
Also starring Maya Rudolph, Kate McKinnon, Ike Barinholtz, Madison Davenport and John Cena It looks like Cena is following in the footsteps of Dwayne Johnson? Should we expect to see him in an action movie next? It will also be interesting to see Barinholtz playing the romantic interest because he has so far only been a goofy character. But that last shot of him on the floor is already priceless.
Sisters will open on 25 December 2015.
