X-Men: Apocalypse On New EW Cover
The new cover of Entertainment Weekly has just been released, and I am loving this cover.
A first official look at a few of the characters from X-Men: Apocalypse, and I think they look awesome.
Especially Psylocke portrayed by Olivia Munn. She looks exactly like in the comics. Bearing in mind this movie is set in the 80's and I think this get-up suits that era just fine. Psylocke has been one of my favourite characters from the comics and to see her get the Bryan Singer treatment, I'm just ecstatic. Look at her right hand, it's as if she just jumped out of the comic book pages.
Michael Fassbender looks great too in that new outfit. And here's the first look at the main villain for the new installment, Apocalypse, played by Oscar Isaac. He is supposed to be a 5,000 year old Egyptian mummy who was the world's first ever mutant. And he looks the part.
I don't know why the Internet is complaining. Let's not forget, everyone complained about how silly Quicksilver looked from Days Of Future Past. I was one of those. But he became one of the best things in the movie.
Singer hasn't let us down yet. I have faith in him.
X-Men: Apocalypse will open on 27 May 2016.
