The first trailers for Victor Frankenstein is out.
For the longest time, ever since Daniel Radcliffe has been cast as Igor, everyone has been wondering how he would look like.
And now we know. And I applaud the creators of this movie for not making Igor a character that we all had in mind.
The trailers surprised me too, for the tone is quite different from what I have imagined it to be. It's lighter and more action oriented, less dark and dramatic.
I personally prefer the international trailer more than the US trailer, but both are quite different and contains many different scenes. So it's good to watch both.
I can't say I'm eagerly anticipating for this movie, but with James McAvoy in the lead, I'm very curious as to see if this won't just be a fluff piece.
The poster, however, is quite rubbish. I don't care for it. It looks silly. The tagline is silly. And if there's more in the movie of what this poster represents, I don't think I'll be in the mood.
