The first official poster for the highly anticipated Leonardo DiCaprio's action-revenge movie, The Revenant, has just been released by 20th Century Fox.
There are very few posters out there that can say so much and capture the essence of the movie and its storyline with so little detail. This is one of them. Beautiful yet haunting, this image really reminds you of the mood and tone from the trailers that we've seen.
Another duty that this poster is supposed to perform is to advertise that release date of 8 January 2016, as there will be a few cinemas in the US that will start showing it on Christmas season while the rest of the country will only release it two weeks later.
