Between Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down, both released in the same year of 2013, the former is definitely the more superior movie because the latter was trite and made for children.
I welcome this sequel, London Has Fallen, and it looks like the stakes are higher, the action sequences are bigger and the CGI more expensive.
Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett and Aaron Eckhart are all back to reprise their roles. The director this time, however, will be Babak Najafi; he's done a couple of episodes for the series "Banshee" which I'm a big fan of. The action sequences there are always amazing. So let's expect a great action-thriller from London Has Fallen.
The movie opens on 4 March 2016.
