Reynolds has a few other projects lined up, and according to The Hollywood Reporter, he has now been confirmed to star in Hitman's Bodyguard.
The movie has also confirmed the casting of Samuel L. Jackson and Gary Oldman, so this movie already packs three strong punches.
The project also has a director in place. Jeff Wadlow, whose last movie was Kick-Ass 2, is set to direct. But unlike Kick-Ass 2, he isn't writing the script for this movie so maybe it will turn out better as he's not a bad action-director.
The story will centre around Reynold's character who is a hitman and his mission is to protect a rival of sorts from an antagonist that's supposedly played by Oldman. No word yet on who Jackson will play.
As of now there's no confirmed date of release yet.
