Hot on the heels of the first trailer for 20th Century Fox's upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse, director Bryan Singer has released another official poster and this one features Oscar Isaac's Apocalypse.
I'll be posting up my reaction video for the trailer later today but here's said trailer and the second poster. What I would love to see next are character posters for the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse!
This first trailer is a good introduction to the story and to Apocalypse. It's not an action-oriented trailer but the main focus is on the introductory part and bringing the audience back from X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
We got to see some of the new and younger mutants, but also a glimpse of the Four Horsemen as well. And that final shot of Professor Xavier, that's the money shot.
And I have no qualms about how Apocalypse look, after all that online commotion. But I believe the studio have changed the way he looks now and made him look more bluish than purple, too.
The movie will be out on 27 May 2016.
