A few days ago it was rumoured that Jet Li, Tony Jaa and Deepika Padukone have signed on to join Vin Diesel who will make a return to xXx in the second sequel. The second sequel bombed with Ice Cube starring.
As of today, The Hollywood Reporter have confirmed two more names to the growing list. Nina Dobrev from "The Vampire Diaries" and Ruby Rose from "Orange Is The New Black" are in final negotiations.
However, there was no other confirmation about Li or Jaa; though Padukone is confirmed an ex-lover of Diesel's character, Xander Cage.
Samuel L. Jackson is also confirmed to return while UFC Featherweight champion Connor McGregor also has a role.
Filming will begin this month for a possible 2017 release.
