Margot Robbie is one of the young rising stars in Hollywood right now and I'm probably one of few that can say I've liked her even before The Wolf Of Wall Street, when she was one of the headliners for TV's "Pan Am" that only ran for one season.
It's no surprise to her meteoric rise today as she keeps getting role after role. The latest one, according to Deadline, will see her playing Tonya Harding, the troubled Olympic figure skater that had a few incidents that ultimately led to her disgrace and bar from the competition.
Harding had a poor upbringing and troubled childhood but her determination and drive led her to become the first American woman to complete the triple axel in major competitions. But jealousy and insecurity in competitor Nancy Kerrigan drove her to commit a crime that will see her getting her championship stripped.
No word yet on a director or release date for I, Tonya.
