The first trailer for The Girl On The Train has finally been released by Universal Pictures, along with a teaser poster that doesn't really show much.
A lot of buzz went in to the movie during pre-production, as well as some actor-swaps, but it was the story based on Paula Hawkins' novel of the same name that kept the interest for the movie high.
This first trailer gives us a glimpse into the storyline, for those who are not familiar with the book. And it has that Gone Girl feel to it which is always good. I expect the mystery to keep building until the very end when all is revealed.
The movie stars Emily Blunt, Allison Janney, Haley Bennett, Rebecca Ferguson, Justin Theroux and Luke Evans. It will be released on 7 October 2016.
