Sony's Spider-Man Announces Title And Villain
I'll give this ridiculous title the benefit of the doubt for now, well, not by much. And what's with this logo too? It looks like we're going back in time to the 80's and revisiting the cartoon.
The new actor to don the Spider-mask, Tom Holland, was present at CinemaCon to make the announcement.
But Sony Pictures is now collaborating with Marvel Studios for the very first time and they may create another great first Spider-Man movie. Kevin Feige from Marvel has also confirmed at least one superhero from the Marvel Cinematic Universe will crossover into this movie to make a cameo.
Variety has also reported yesterday that Sony is in negotiations with Michael Keaton to take the antagonist role, which rumour has it will be the Vulture.
I can already see Keaton as the Vulture in my head so if it's confirmed, this is shaping up to be a spectacular Spider-Man movie.
