It's finally here! Rogue One teaser: A Star Wars Story trailer. It's only about a minute and a half but it was awesome.
One thing that caught my eye the second time watching it, the Stormtroopers had that classic, original trilogy feel to them. And that nostalgia came rushing back. It felt awesome.
And this is the right reason to cast someone like Donnie Yen. Those poor martial artists from The Raid in Episode VII, their casting was a joke! But Yen is legit in this movie. I can't wait to see more of what he does and what he brings into this universe.
Forest Whitaker is another stand-out in this trailer, and the content of his voice-over is very telling of what's to come.
What I want to know if that's the Shadowtrooper that is in the middle of the trailer and what Felicity Jones is wearing at the end. But great teaser trailer, and I'm very excited.
The movie comes out 16 December 2016.
