A second trailer from Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions' upcoming sequel, The Purge: Election Year, has just been released.
This feels like a long trailer with a lot of footage, but it still doesn't give all the plot points away. The mood and tone of it still reflects what this franchise is all about, and it brings back the unsettling feeling of this crazy and scary concept if it were to happen in real life.
Frank Grillo made me fully invested in this franchise starting from the second movie and now I'm interested to see him again in this world.
The movie will be out on 1 July 2016.
