The original Ghost Busters (yes, that's how it was spelt) was released on 8 June 1984 and this date is now known as Ghostbusters day. I only know about it this year because of the new movie that's coming out very soon and the celebration is the biggest it has ever been. (Has it ever been celebrated in any scale?)
Sony Pictures has released four character vignettes to introduce its new Ghostbusters on their YouTube page.
This is a good strategy by its marketing department to let the audience know who are the actresses and the characters that they are playing, just to get us all familiarized with the new team (something which I wish Warcraft would have done, especially just having watched it).
You can check out the four short clips below but watch at your own discretion because some of them contain way too much footage, which I wish my first time watching them would have been in the cinema - especially Melissa McCarthy's clip.
The rebooted Ghostbusters will be released on 15 July 2016.
