Fox Searchlight Pictures has released the first trailer and poster to their upcoming drama-comedy starring Anna Kendrick, Table 19.
The trailer definitely sells the story well and where the direction of the movie could go. It's still too early to tell if the movie will actually be good but if it's by Fox Searchlight and looking at this cast, I'd like to believe there's hope... even if the release date scares the crap out of me.
And I like the poster, subtle but hilarious.
Starring Kendrick, Craig Robinson, June Squibb, Stephen Merchant, Lisa Kudrow, Amanda Crew and Tony Revolori (who almost stole the scenes in The Great Budapest Hotel).
Written by Mark and Jay Duplass and directed by Jeffrey Blitz, and speaking of which, the movie will be out on 20 January 2017.
