Brie Larson Confirmed As Marvel's Captain Marvel At Comic-Con

Fresh off the press from San Diego Comic-Con, Day 3, Marvel Studios has indeed confirmed that Brie Larson is indeed Captain Marvel.

Larson was last reported to be in negotiations with Marvel back in June but there has not been any confirmation since. The big reveal today at Comic-Con also doesn't mean that this casting is recent at Marvel. I'm sure they were just strategically planning for to make the big announcement this weekend.

Guardians Of The Galaxy writer, Nicole Perlman, and Inside Out writer, Meg LeFauve, will be scripting for this first female-led superhero movie; and will be released on 8 March 2019.
