Universal Pictures and Dreamworks Pictures have released the first trailer and poster for The Girl On The Train.
This movie has the makings of another Gone Girl type of mystery-thriller and this first trailer does exhibit that. What I could have done without was the song "Heartless" playing in the background. But everything else, from the cast to the tone, looks very exciting.
The poster, however, is horrible as it just looks like the cover of a book - not unless that's what the marketing department was going for.
Directed by Tate Taylor, the movie will be out on 7 October 2016.
