Universal Pictures has confirmed the release date of the much anticipated Pacific Rim 2. And it will be out on 23 February 2018, a week after Marvel's Black Panther's release.
After seeing a few delays and change in release dates, will this be the final one? We'll have to wait and see. No date is really confirmed until filming starts, and more importantly ends.
I thought the first movie was bad, it put me to sleep towards the end. The acting from everyone was just horrible and there's no chemistry between themselves. I guess I was just looking for the wrong things in this movie.
For the sequel, it has added the star power of John Boyega to lead the movie as the son of Idris Elba's character. So I will be giving it a try come 2018.
