X-23 Character Confirmed In Hugh Jackman's Logan

After the whole world has speculated that the little girl as seen in Logan trailer is the Wolverine-related creation, X-23.

Twentieth Century Fox has finally opened up the possibility yesterday that the young actress, Dafne Keen, is indeed playing X-23 by releasing a picture of her on their Instagram account @wponx with the caption "Laura" - which is the name X-23 in the comic books eventually adopted, Laura Kinney.

Is it a stretch to assume this fact? Absolutely not because if the girl isn't X-23, Fox and the creators of the movie wouldn't use that name.

But will the character in the movie follow the history of the comic books? That remains to be seen. But personally, it doesn't matter to me. If the movie ends up as good as, or even better than, the first trailer that they have put out, it doesn't matter if they stay true to any source material.

Directed by James Mangold, Logan will be out on 3 March 2017.
