Lucasfilm has confirmed that their latest addition to the Han Solo movie, still without an official title at this point, is Woody Harrelson.
Harrelson then spoke with Mashable about his role and he has confirmed that, "I'm a mentor to Han, but I'm also a bit of a criminal."
Harrelson seems to be enjoying a resurgence now with his great turn in The Edge Of Seventeen and then next year appearing in War For The Planet Of The Apes. His joining the Star Wars universe is definitely an exciting piece of news and this role on paper seems to fit him just fine.
The movie, which stars Alden Ehrenreich and Donald Glover, directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller; will be out either in May or December of 2018.
