Robert Rodriguez's manga adaptation of Alita: Battle Angel has just cast a new actress.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Connelly has just signed on to join Rosa Salazar, Christoph Waltz, Mahershala Ali, Lana Condor, Jackie Earle Haley and Ed Skrein. Connelly will be playing a villain in the movie.
Currently in production with Rodriguez on the director's chair while James Cameron is producing, however, no release date has been set yet.
