The critically-acclaimed Don't Breathe may have just landed director and writer Fede Alvarez his next gig.
For a while now, we have heard Sony Pictures planning on rebooting the whole Girl With The Dragon Tattoo franchise, even though the David Fincher-directed movie was very well received (getting the same team back together was the problem).
According to ComingSoon, as a reboot, a whole new cast will be hired and this will also see the novel The Girl In The Spider's Web gets a big screen adaptation for the first time after the book was released in English.
A release date for the movie has also been set for 5 October 2018; which means casting will need to be completed very soon.
