The long-gestating Uncharted movie has some big news yesterday with Deadline reporting that they have signed Tom Holland to star as a young Nathan Drake.
To any Uncharted fans who have followed the games, this could be a very bad turn for the movie because Nathan Drake is always a grown man with dangerous adventures.
The report also claims that this movie will be redrafted as a prequel, and will still have Shawn Levy directing it after a string of directors have come and gone with the latest being Joe Carnahan.
Although information is still fuzzy at the moment, but there could still be a hope that Holland will play the younger Drake in flashback scenes while the majority of the movie will be on an older Drake.
No release date has been confirmed.
