The first trailer for Victoria & Abdul has been released by Focus Features, starring Judi Dench.
The trailer, as well as the first poster, focuses on the unlikely friendship between Queen Victoria, played by Dench for the second time since 1997's Mrs Brown, and a clerk from India, Abdul, played by Ali Fazal.
The movie also stars Olivia Williams, Eddie Izzard and Michael Gambon.
Based on a true story, directed by Stephen Frears, written by Lee Hall; the movie will be out on 29 September 2017.
