It is hard to believe that How To Be Single came out just more than a year ago. All these characters, male and female alike, were the most cliched and boring and outdated.
Especially the female characters portrayed by Dakota Johnson, Leslie Mann and Alison Brie, they go against what feminism is about in the world today. Either that or feminism has taken a giant leap since a year ago. Whichever it is, these characters are no longer attractive.
All but safe Rebel Wilson, who still played herself and brought nothing new.
Not only were the characters boring and shallow, the story itself matched that level of dullness as well. It was more than just difficult to sit through.
