Up until recently, Shia LeBeouf's private life has been bigger than his work. But this first red band trailer for his upcoming movie, Borg/McEnroe, released by Ascot Elite; reminds us again that he is a huge talent when it comes to acting.
Also starring Sverrir Gudnason and Stellan Skarsgard; this trailer shows a compelling story featuring the two giants of tennis and their impending showdown.
Both Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe were at their peak when I was a child but I did see them playing on television, so even though vague, I still have memories of seeing them play. And both Gudnason and LeBeouf do bring out their likeness and spirit.
Directed by Janus Metz Pedersen, the Swedish movie still does not have a wide release date as of now.
