The first Transformers spin-off, Bumblebee, has begun shooting this week; and ComingSoon has announced another name joining the movie.
John Cena seems to be getting more roles after his big cameo in Trainwreck. He has officially joined the Autobot's solo movie, alongside Hailee Steinfeld.
The movie also gets an official release date set for 21 December 2018, where it will go up directly against DC's Aquaman - not a great idea so not sure what Paramount Pictures is thinking.
Bumblebee is being directed by Travis Knight.
