CBS Films and Lionsgate are really not spending anymore marketing budget on American Assassin, because this new poster does not look like it has any new artwork.
The actors on it, even though they are in different poses, just doesn't seem too different from a previous poster released.
But the latest trailer is growing on me and I think this could be a sleeper hit for next month, when it is released on the 15 September 2017.
Directed by Michael Cuesta, the only battle it has to endure is that it is sandwiched between two blockbuster movies, IT and Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
