Paramount Pictures and Skydance have released the first trailer to the upcoming Annihilation.
The first few scenes in the trailer somehow just put me off in a big way because the CGI does not look convincing at all.
Natalie Portman leading this sci-fi horror also does not look convincing yet but this is a first short, teaser kind of trailer and I'm sure she will win me over.
The story is based on the first book from the "Southern Reach" trilogy by Jeff VanderMeer, and it also starring Jennifer Jason Leigh, Gina Rodriguez, Tessa Thompson, Oscar Isaac and Benedict Wong.
Written and directed by Alex Garland, who is following up his directorial debut and Oscar-winner Ex Machina; the movie will be out on 23 February 2018.
