A24 has been rolling out really great trailers with movies with great themes. Lady Bird is no different as the first trailer and poster have been released.
Starring Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf, the first scene of this trailer kicks off the tone of the movie and shows just how funny it could be. It also highlights Ronan and Metcalf's mother-daughter chemistry which looks very promising.
What I'm more surprised at is this is written and directed by young Greta Gerwig, who in the realm of directors she is probably just a baby. But this trailer played more like it is directed by a seasoned director. So I am quite excited to check out what kind of a writer and director she is.
Lady Bird will be out on 10 November 2017.
