There seems to be some more movement on the X-Men spin-off Gambit front.
Variety has reported that Lizzy Caplan is in negotiations to join Channing Tatum in the Gambit solo outing, after years in development hell.
However, Caplan's character has not been revealed but she will the female lead. So does this mean the previously announced Lea Seydoux is no longer attached? Will Caplan be taking over Seydoux for the character Belladonna Boudreaux? Or will this be a differently character altogether?
Directed by Gore Verbinski, the movie will be out on 14 February 2019.
