Netflix has just released the first trailer and poster for their upcoming rom-com When We First Met.
Starring Alexandra Daddario, Adam Devine, Shelley Hennig and Robbie Amell; here is another Groundhog Day inspired story which is a little too soon, after the recent Before I Fall and Happy Death Day; not to mention Edge Of Tomorrow as well.
I also believe that Daddario should stay away from these small rom-com and aim for some of the bigger blockbusters, even if they failed like Baywatch.
And this first trailer has a few funny moments but the Groundhog Day elements is still too fresh and familiar at this point in time.
Directed by Ari Sandel, who also previously worked with Amell on The DUFF; Netflix will release the movie on 9 February 2018.
