Amazon Studios and STX Films have released the trailer and poster, as well as a series of character posters, for the upcoming dark comedy Gringo.
The movie looks promising so far from this first trailer, however I am quite uncertain about Charlize Theron and Joel Edgerton's performances here. They just look unchallenged. But this is only the first trailer so maybe I will change my mind in due course.
Also starring David Oyelowo, Amanda Seyfried, Thandie Newton and Sharlto Copley; the character posters released are not as interesting as half of them are cropped out of the main poster. Other smaller cast members are also getting their own poster; including Carlos Corona, Diego Catano and Rodrigo Corea.
Directed by Nash Edgerton, the movie will be out on 9 March 2018.
