Walt Disney Pictures has released the teaser trailer and poster for the upcoming sequel Mary Poppins Returns.
This teaser trailer takes us right back to the world of Mary Poppins from so many years ago, and the first look of Blunt as Mary Poppins so far is serviceable. She has one line in this trailer and she does remind me of Julie Andrews. I guess now we just have to see her dance and sing and move.
The movie also stars Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Wishaw, Emily Mortimer, Julie Walters, Colin Firth, Meryl Streep, Angela Lansbury and Dick Van Dyke.
Directed by Rob Marshall, Mary Poppins Returns will be out on 25 December 2018.
