Fox Searchlight has released the first trailer and poster for the upcoming movie based on a memoir, Can You Ever Forgive Me?
Starring Melissa McCarthy and Richard E. Grant, the movie is based on a memoir of the same name written by Lee Israel.
McCarthy plays Israel and the story depicts the period of her life when she uses deception to get by. And it is refreshing to see her in a less of a comedic role because this will definitely show off her diversity which she honestly has been hiding.
Directed by Marielle Heller, the movie does not have a fixed release date yet but will be out later this year.
