The vengeance genre is on the rise. And of course Nicolas Cage is taking part in it.
This trailer is crazy! It has everything thrown into it: a tiger, chainsaws, Hellraiser's Pinhead-looking guy, and even a futuristic axe to rival that of Thor's.
The red hue is overwhelming but enticing and interesting. The darkness looks scary with that Pinhead guy. This could be a fun ride or it could be ridiculous.
And there is a quote saying Cage giving a performance of a lifetime, and the next scene is him screaming something stupid. Not the most convincing case put forward.
But it is interesting to note that the movie has premiered to rave reviews at Sundance Film Festival.
