According to The Hollywood Reporter, John Krasinski is back to write the sequel for A Quiet Place, which he polished the script for the first movie.
No word yet as to whether or not he will be back to direct as well. But his involvement in the sequel surprised even himself as he was supposed to leave the story where he left it. But with a small idea that grew, the studio decided to go with his version of the story as a follow-up.
