Variety has confirmed that Jessica Henwick has joined the cast of Godzilla vs. Kong, though her role is still in mystery.
The cast list looks to include a few of the same from next year's Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, like Brown and Chandler. I deduce the rest must be dead by then. I kid. It could be true.
But it's good to know that this franchise is going strong. Production for this third movie has already started and it is a good sign that they are not waiting for the result of next year's direct sequel to determine the fate of the third one.
Having said that, it is still Hollywood so anything still can happen.
