Created by Jon Favreau, with the first episode directed by Dave Filoni, the first Star Wars TV series will air on Disney's upcoming streaming service, Disney+.
And Variety has now confirmed that Pedro Pascal has been cast as the lead - the titular Mandalorian.
I've always liked Pascal as an actor. He always delivers in everything, even in something horrible like The Great Wall. His exotic look lends quite nicely to the race of the Mandalorian.
