New Bumblebee character posters released for the Chinese market features the supposed two main Decepticons. I have never heard of these names before so I am assuming they are new for this movie, though they could be from the newer generation cartoons which I'm not familiar with.
The two main Decepticons are Shatter and Dropkick, voiced by Angela Bassett and Justin Theroux respectively.
