After premiering at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this January, A24 has beat out other studios to acquire the worldwide distribution; promising a really good film that looks like a tear-jerker too. I'm already feeling it by the end of this trailer.
The only downside and weakness of the film is Awkwafina's halting Mandarin. Also, it's opening just a week after the studio's own Midsommar. It will be a big month for A24.
